Data-processing terms are supplied for eligible pilots and production arrangements after the processing scope and channel providers are known.
Processing scope
Document the account, message, event, media and operational data needed for the selected workflow.
Subprocessors
Identify relevant cloud, identity and channel providers for the contracted deployment.
Instructions
Tie processing instructions to the customer agreement and enabled channel configuration.
Security measures
Describe access, credential, webhook, logging and deployment boundaries applicable to the service.
Deletion and return
Set practical retention and deletion terms for the contracted data categories.
