TidyMessages
Terms of Use
These website terms govern access to the public TidyMessages site provided by Grid Heap, Inc.. Use of the managed messaging service requires a separate signed agreement and applicable Apple approvals.
1. Scope
You may use this public site to learn about TidyMessages and access legal information. Administrative consoles, private staging, brand onboarding, and production messaging are restricted services and are not opened by visiting this site.
2. Accounts and authority
You must be authorized by the organization and brand you represent, provide accurate information, protect your account, and use only approved Apple Business, Cloudflare, developer, identity, payment, and integration resources. Access to one tenant or brand never grants access to another.
3. Acceptable use
Do not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, introduce malware, impersonate a brand or customer, send unsolicited messages, evade consent or opt-out controls, upload unlawful content, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law, Apple policy, or another person's rights.
4. Apple and third-party services
Apple Messages for Business, Cloudflare, TidyAnswer, identity providers, payment processors, and brand systems are governed by their respective terms. TidyMessages does not grant Apple approval, developer entitlements, merchant rights, or permission to use a brand. Apple names and services remain the property of Apple and its licensors.
5. Customer data and security
Each party must handle personal data, message content, credentials, payment information, and customer materials according to the signed agreement, applicable data-processing terms, approved retention schedule, and documented security responsibilities. Do not submit production data before the relevant environment and brand are authorized.
6. Availability and dependencies
Messaging and interactive features depend on Apple, Cloudflare, brand systems, device capabilities, and other approved providers. Delivery states, maintenance, limits, and recovery are handled according to the service agreement and published operational procedures. No channel or feature is represented as continuously available.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access when required to protect users, brands, infrastructure, legal obligations, or channel integrity. Suspected credential exposure, unauthorized brand use, opt-out violations, abusive messaging, or unsafe attachments may trigger immediate containment under the applicable agreement.
8. Commercial and legal terms
Fees, taxes, service levels, warranties, indemnities, liability limits, governing law, and dispute resolution are established in the signed agreement. This page does not create or replace those negotiated obligations. The approved agreement identifies the applicable rules for Delaware, United States and the customer jurisdiction.
9. Changes
We may update these website terms when the public site or legal requirements change. Changes to paid service obligations, data processing, service levels, liability, or termination follow the signed agreement and its change process rather than silently relying on this webpage.
